K-Global 2017

K-Global @ Silicon Valley, now in its sixth year, is a unique two-day event offering partnership and investment opportunities with promising Korean companies and startups through five distinctive sub-events: Tech Conference, Partnership Expo, K-Pitch, Investment Forum, and Career Fair.

Silicon Valley has been leading future technology through global open collaboration. To achieve swift and efficient innovation, transnational collaboration for the future is not an option but a critical move especially in the field of disruptive converging technologies driven by artificial intelligence.

Tech Conference, mainly panel discussions, will take place on the first day. The conference will be on the following themes: Mobility, Intelligence, Connectivity, and Visualization.

Visionary tech leaders and venture capitalists will share their insights on the current and next phase of innovation and bring ideas to facilitate global collaboration.

In addition, over 50 innovative companies from South Korea will setup the booths and have one on one partnership meetings for two days. Startup pitching will be also prepared on the second day. Investment Forum, scheduled to be held on the second day afternoon, will focus on both Electronics Manufacturing Services and 3D printing as a solution to prepare for the small quantity batch production era.

K-Global @ Silicon Valley 2017 is hosted by The Ministry of Science and ICT and co-organized by Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) and National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA).
