Keyvent Manager

Keyvent Manager is a mobile application which allows event employees to scan tickets at the entry using the camera of their smartphone. Check-in attendees to your event has never been easier.

After a QR code has been scanned by an employee, details about the event attendee will be displayed on the device. Further on, access can be granted or denied for the attendee. The ticket code can also be entered manually as a fallback if the QR code on the ticket cannot be read. All the communication with the web server is using SSL encryption.

The key features are:

- Ticket scanning which gives the employee the possibility to see event attendee details and grant or reject access.

- Flashlight that can be enabled for when of low light to be able to scan the tickets.

- Manual code entry as a fallback if the ticket cannot be scanned.

- Multi-lingual now supporting English, German and Chinese.
