User Registration in Kisan Khata

If you are an existing user of Tractor Junction, so you have to just log in to your profile by registered number and given OTP. However, any first user, who wants to register themself, can register by entering their all personal details.

⚈ Download and Share Transaction PDF Report: Users can download and share transaction reports in PDF format and save them offline on their mobile phone.

How to use Kisan Khata?

Firstly, You have to log in yourself, only if you are an existing user of Tractor Junction otherwise you have to register and set your profile with all personal details.

Secondly, Choose the required inventory category, where you want to record your transactions.

Categories are divided into 2 sections A & B

A Category includes the inventories - Tractor, Livestock, Land

B Category includes - General category

1. Tractor, Livestock, Land Category:

In these categories, you can register the 3 Tractor, Livestock, Land at a time, where you can save your data by choosing according to 🟢Income or 🔴Expense transaction type.

Follow some steps:

1. Add the inventories (Tractor, Livestock, Land).

2. Click on the add+ button and choose the transaction type (Income or Expense).

3. Choose category (Tractor, Livestock, Land).

4. Select sub-category by given name.

5. Select your transaction activity.

6. Now enter the amount.

7. Create transaction note to remember for the future. where you can note the subject of the transaction.

8. Lastly, save transaction and it will appear in the registered transaction type (🟢Income and 🔴Expense).

2. General Category:

You can register any general information, according to 🟢Income or 🔴Expense transaction type.

Follow some steps:

1. Click on the add+ button and then choose the transaction type (Income or Expense).

2. Choose, category (General).

3. Enter the transaction name.

4. Now enter the amount.

5. Create a transaction note to remember for the future. where you can note the subject of the transaction.

6. Lastly, save transaction and it will appear in the registered transaction type (🟢Income and 🔴Expense).

General Category Note: In this category, a user can save any personal transaction, which can include any expense and income.
