KnockKnock is a mobile security based IoT platform that can enhance the security and safety of any

gated premises. The application is industry agnostic and can cater to Commercial Establishments,

Offices, Residential Premises, Warehouses, Factories, Schools as well as Clubs.

The core principles of the application are to ensure a safe and secure environment for all the members,

guests as well as service providers that are accessing the premises. Catering to these core principles, the

product focuses on contactless entry-exit access controls using technologies such as QR code, Facial

Recognition and Bluetooth. KnockKnock has a a built in contactless access layer and it is completely

hardware agnostic which means it can work with any OEM’s hardware make and model available in the

market.

Visitor Management – Keeping track of entry and exit of visitors and validating them using QR codes for

a contactless experience

Employee Management – Employees can check in and check out using the app, mark attendance

remotely.

Seat and Facility Booking – Members can book seats for their office or residents can book facilities like

tennis courts with the help of our booking module to ensure that space is available when they want to

use it

Vendor Management – Keep tabs of multiple different vendors across multiple different service lines

working at multiple different locations under one roof. Members can access their database, rate and

review vendors and book vendors for their premises to keep a proper entry and exit log

Approvals – Get member approvals via IVR and notifications, thus removing the need for expensive

hardware like video door phones and wired intercom channels

Parking & Vehicle Management – Integrate with boom barriers via RFID and ANPR and keep track of all

entry-exit into the premises using our parking solutions for different types of vehicles. A custom pricing

engine can measure the commercial rates for pay and park lots.

Asset Management – Keep track of all movable and immovable assets. Their maintenance details,

purchase details as well as AMC details. You can also check-in and check-out assets from the premises

Parcel Delivery Management – Accept parcels at a centralized delivery room and inform members

about their parcels which can be securely collected using a secure OTP

Security Guard Patrolling – Guards can patrol the premises and keep your premises safe while you can

receive all the information on your mobile phone
