L Quest: L'application d'apprentissage

The L Quest App is an on-the-go mobile learning app for all employees of BNP Paribas India Solutions Pvt. Ltd. With a full library containing videos, PDFs, images and articles, the objective of the L Quest app is to ensure that employees are able to consume learning content in capsule modules from wherever they are! The App is also a pre-cursor to our ever popular learning festival – L Quest.

The “L Quest” is the annual learning festival of BNP Paribas India and features a variety of seminars, lectures, workshops, activities etc. combining different learning methodologies and giving participants an opportunity to engage in short sessions that are active and fast paced. It saw a tremendous response in its launch year (2014) and went on to win the in-house Global Innovation Award in 2015 (from Paris) as a never-done-before, cost friendly people initiative dedicated towards creating and sustaining a learning culture. Subsequently, the festival has been held every year and it is now a regular across many of BNP Paribas group entities. Our theme this year is ‘Future Ready’ – or more specifically, ‘Are you Future Ready?’
