PROGRESS UPDATE: I did not give up on gingerbread, I'm working on a new update that is working on 2.3, you could download a pre-release on xda forum thread.

GMAIL UPDATE: Google has block 3rd Party apps from gmail 2.3.5. There is no way to get gmail info right now (as you could check on every other gmail-related app). I'm working to fix the FC caused by this blocked. Meanwhile, if you want these gmail-related apps to work, you could uninstall last gmail update. Sorry for the inconvenience...
