Lee Min-ho, born June 22, 1987; is a South Korean actor and singer. He began to be widely known in Korea and in Asia thanks to his role as Gu Jun-pyo in the drama Boys Over Flowers in 2009. This role led him to win the Best Rookie Actor award at the 45th Baeksang Arts Awards. Lee is also known for his main roles in City Hunter (2011), The Heirs (2013), and The Legend of the Blue Sea (2016). The success of Lee's drama throughout Asia made him one of the famous Hallyu stars. He got his main role in the film for the first time in Gangnam Blues (2015), followed by his first Chinese production film Bounty Hunters (2016)
