It’s time to put down our phones and look life (and each other) in the eye!

Stop staring at your phones and, by the way, help friends and family to stop staring at theirs. Let’s focus on ourselves, on each other and what’s happening around us.

** Quality Time- Just hit the Go Offline button and put down the distractions. Whether it’s just for 10 minutes or more than an hour, GoOffing (Going Offline) has been shown to improve your wellbeing, your relationships and your ability to focus.

** Offline Wellbeing Meter- An indicator to show us how we’re doing with respect to our daily offline goals. Worried about a friend? You can check up on how they’re doing by checking their meter.

** Challenges- Know someone who has a hard time putting their phone down? Challenge them to go offline. Not challenging enough? Keep an eye out for special Challenges from us.

** GoOff with Me- Spend some alone time with that special someone without being interrupted by their (or your) notifications, buzzes and beeps.

** Rewards- GoOffing has it’s own rewards; spending quality time with your loved ones and quality time by yourselves. That’s not all; we’ll surprise you with tangible rewards from time to time for staying offline, establishing personal records, GoOffing with friends, and more…

** Mementoes- While GoOffing, feel free to take some photos. You’ll be able to share them with your friends once you go back online.
