Liferama is a proof of concept app that uses earth observation data from satellites to allow people to find areas of interest. Liferama combines data from different sources to produce interesting useful results to the end user. It does it by clearly displaying to the user a map overlay where the greenest part is the best part for selected item and the red most part is the worst.

Liferama provides useful data to fisherman as they can make use of temperature,salinity and turbidity to find the best area to catch the fish of their choice. Liferama however is not just limited to fishing it can be used to find the best place to ski or it can be used to determine if your back garden is suitable to grow strawberries.
