LOAD UP is the easiest way to become a load seller.

1. What is LOAD UP?

LOAD UP is the easiest way to become a load seller. Any Android User with a Globe or TM Sim can

instantly have their own business in 1-Easy Step.

2. How do I Become a Retailer?

Go to Google Play. Search for Load Up. Download and install the app. Accept the Terms and Conditions.

As soon as you fund your Load Up wallet, you can start selling load.

3. How do I Sell?

Launch the app. Select from Regular Load, Globe Promos or TM Promos Menu. Enter the recipient

number. Select the denomination of your choice. Tap on Send then and Confirm Load.

4. How do I reload my Wallet via BPI?

Go to any BPI branch. Use the Reload My Wallet option in the app. Get a reference code. Make a bills

payment to be paid to Load Up. Your Load Up wallet will be credited in the next banking day.

5. How do I reload my Wallet via 7-Eleven GCASH?

Go to any 7-Eleven store. Use the Reload My Wallet option in the app. Get a reference code. Go to

CliQQ Kiosk screen and select E-Money GCash icon. Enter Load Up GCash Wallet 09152556379 and

amount. Pay to the cashier. Get a reference code, write it on receipt. Email receipt and reference

number at help@loadup.com.ph. Wait for the sms notification that your wallet has been reloaded.

6. How soon will my Load Up wallet be credited, if I pay via 7-Eleven GCash?

Verification of deposits/payment is done every Monday to Friday (except holidays). Cut-off period is

every 2 pm every day. Load order processing will take 1-2 hours. Wallet replenishment happens

between 3 to 5 pm. Load Order payment made 2:01 onwards will be processed the next working day.

8. Is there a minimum and maximum amount when I reload my wallet?

Yes. Minimum is P500 and maximum is P1,000 per transaction.

9. Will I be alerted if my Load Up wallet has been credited?

Yes. You will receive an SMS alert.

10. Who can I send Load to?

For now you can send load to all Globe and TM subscribers. But we will eventually support Smart and

Sun & Cell users.

11. How do I Earn using this App?

You can earn as much as 4.5% for every transaction. If for example you sell P100 worth of load, only

P95.50 is deducted from your Load Up wallet. The buyer is still loaded with P100.

12. Do I need to be online?

No. You don’t need to be online to sell loads to your friends, family or your customer. LOAD UP is the

perfect way to earn money without spending more on internet connection.

13. Is this app free?

This app is 100% free to download and free to use.
