The most important thing to Sharon is quality. She buys heavy, aged corn fed beef, and the steaks are cut right here at our steakhouse. Sharon adds a little of her special cooking rub to enhance the flavor of the meat. Then, all of the grilled items are cooked over a hot West Texas mesquite fire.

Not only does Lytle Land & Cattle Company serve the best steaks in West Texas, but the seafood, chicken, and portabella mushrooms are all cooked with the same care and just a little bit of Sharon’s special cooking spices. All our meats and veggies are perfectly grilled on our unique grill with Texas mesquite to give it our to give it our one-of-a-kind Texas style and hand prepared flavor to add to your dining experience.
