MACSS Training is a continuous improvement opportunity for the civil society sector.

This MACSS Learning Management System application is a key tool to enable media and civil society professionals to improve their skills and continuously improve their qualifications and knowledge in line with the times. Also, in connection with the training, a unified database of learning results such as the relationship between teachers and students, attendance, and assignments will be created. This training system was created within the framework of the ``Strengthening the media and civil society sector in Mongolia'' (MACSS) project implemented by the Asia Foundation for a period of 5 years between 2023 and 2028 with the financial support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Using this system, the civil society and media industry will be given the opportunity to continuously study and learn from each other whenever possible, regardless of their geographical location, in the content of various courses to improve their knowledge and skills.
