Added the tutorial. When you register your account you will be promted to the tutorial. You can also create a game with the name tutorial to acces it.

Fixed the bug when you could stay in the night forever.
Improved the error handling.
Multiple other minor bugs and visual improvements.

+Fixed the bug where a voted player didn't appear to be dead.
+Fixed the bug where sometimes you could target dead people.
