Welcome to RESTORE. This program has been clinically proven by leading researchers to improve the sleep of more than 80% of participants. Getting the most out of the program is easiest if you follow a few tips and know a few things mentioned.

RESTORE is divided into six modules and a concluding module. Each module requires 20 to 50 minutes to complete. Each week, you should try to complete one module in a single session. All material in a module is related and it is recommended to do each entire module at one time. Any resources mentioned during the course of a module will be accessible to you via the "Resource" section.
