As an aid to help the faithful have a proper Lenten spirit during the forty days, many different meditations were put together. However none were so famous at those of St. Thomas Aquinas. The meditations cover the entire period of Lent, one for each day. A scripture verse or reflection is put forward followed by the meditation from one of the greatest minds in the church.

This classic is a must for anybody striving to appreciate Lent.
