+ Support recording open/close times for PDF attachments.
+ Make sure that leaving a study and logging out both completely remove all pending scheduled notifications
+ Fixed some crashes to do with calculated value questions
+ Fixed geofence triggers not correctly recording which location was visited
+ Fixed an issue on certain Samsung devices where too many survey triggers could crash the app.
