Inventory, barcoding, and forecasting app for customers of Midway Dental Supply

The Midway Dental App includes a barcode scanner, an order forecasting application, and a warehousing application , all designed for customers of Midway Dental Supply (MDS).

The new barcode scanner can be used to add a product to your cart by scanning the manufacturer's barcode on the box of nearly every product we sell. Just scan the product's box or the case and you can add it your your cart on midwaydental.com in the press of one button.

This app has a mobile extension of the Inventory System we provide for our customers. The Inventory System is intended to help you track the inventory level of products you order from MDS and to assist in building orders to maintain those levels.

The Inventory System gives you the ability to build a shopping cart based on your current inventory and minimum product levels, add and receive products to your inventory by scanning their QR code, and track product usage through your usage history.

The Forecaster System is a light-weight app to assist in ordering what you need, before you need it. Unlike the Inventory System, you do no need to track your usage of items. Products you order from MDS will show up in your product list in the forecaster, along with past usage information to help you decide how much and how often to order those products.
