Milk - Error in painting Payments List entries when pressing the Back button in Pay View.
Now also redraws list to make last customer visible - thanks Glyn!

Milk - Found at last - Payments being entered on the wrong day after clicking <> change day buttons. Fixed - thanks all!

Milk - URGENT UPDATE - Create Alternate Order for Next Week causes the (next) weeks data to be deleted all except changes. Stangely only one person reported this. Fixed - thanks Glyn!
