Ideal for mineralogy, geology and mining students, this guide collects the most common minerals at Earth´s crust.

The guide contains one hundred and eighty sheets with picture and principal characteristics. Geological environments and representative mineral associations of every mineral are detailed.

The search engine allows to search for species or groups by text or voice entry. It allows to search, eg, the pyroxenes and later to arrange them by density (the pupil of geology will be able to understand that what has ahead are pyroxenes arranged according to his order of crystallization during the magmatic differentiation).

It contains test questions organized in nine levels with entry exam.

Last level is a supermix with 5.400 questions (the full database lodged at the cloud). The pupil of geology who is in the last courses should be able to pass the examinations without problems. Nevertheless, the questions can be difficult for first courses students, who can, if they wish, download the payment version (1,5 dollars) with all the levels unblocked.
