Mister Rain

Je m'appelle Monsieur Rain et je suis "The Corporate Entertainer".

Armed with a Diploma in Marketing from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts from the prestigious University of Ibadan, I am Babatunde OJOBARO popularly called Mister Rain and a multiple award winning Radio Broadcaster, a Director, an Actor, Content Developer, PR Strategist, Standup Comedian and a prolific and professional Event Host/Compere.

As an individual and entrepreneur, in 2016, I was named among the top 30 most influential youth in Ibadan, in 2017, I also made the list of the top 50 entrepreneurs in Ibadan, I was recently also listed as one of the top 50 outstanding entrepreneurs in Ibadan. As a Radio Broadcaster, I was awarded On Air Personality of the Year in 2015 and 2016 respectively and also got two nominations at the Nigeria Broadcasters Merit Awards in 2016.

I most recently just became a Fate Foundation Alumni on Digital Entrepreneurship, this spur me to create and facilitate a Digital Business Masterclass for over 30 Business Owners and Entrepreneurs in Ibadan free of charge training them on Digital Marketing. Over the last two years, I have created platforms for over 50 Aspiring Radio Presenters to be trained by professionals to make their dreams come true.

My love for the Arts and Theatre led me to establish “Theatre Hub Africa”, a repertory theatre production company that seeks the revival of Theatre Culture in Nigeria and has been producing mind blowing theatrical productions and stage plays since 2016 in Ibadan, Lagos and around Nigerian University Campuses. Additionally, I was recently on the Board of Directors of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Ibadan as the Director of Individual Opportunities and Trainings and I am a very active member of the Association of Entertainment Stakeholders Oyo State (AESOS).

I have over the course of over 15years of being a Master Compere, I have added spice and colour to several corporate events, weddings, award ceremonies, birthdays, musical and comedy concerts around the country and outside the shores of the country via his top notch professionalism and undiluted clean humour. This has endeared me to several corporate brands and several clients.

Its is worthy of note to state that, no matter the event, wherever the location, whoever is involved, I always show up, show up on time and I deliver topnotch performance.
