MK RiMS app is a delivery management platform operated by MK Restaurant Group Public Company Limited., It efficiently manages its own rider fleet in term of faster delivery time and dynamic rider allocation. It helps ease up the burden of a store to search for an available rider during peak time period and a rider simply organizes the incoming orders or even breaking times through the app.

The app also provides a pickup location, precise delivery address and best routing suggestion to ensure least delivery time. Moreover, a customer has another choice of payments using digital QR payment to diminish the contact during a food handover.
