Morning Pigeon

An alarm clock wakes you up smartly and others promptly.

Morning Pigeon is an Alarm clock application, having following feature

Alarm Module

In this feature user can set the alarm with

- Alarm Title (This will appear as the title user can get while displaying the alarm).

- Multiple Alarms

- Repeat the alarm in the days of a week.

- Volume (Customized the alarm tone)

- Separate alarm tone for each alarm (It has the default alarm tone)

- Fade in the volume while ringing the alarm.

- Vibration

- Auto snoozed for 3 minutes

- Delete/Edit the existing alarm.

- Turn on/off the alarm.

Pigeon Post(Remote Alarm)

How it works?

1) By filling all the details like remote user's 10 digit phone number, time and title user has to click on the 'SEND PIGEON' button.

2) It has to redirect to default android sms messenger app, in oder to send a SMS to remote user.

3) After receiving an SMS, remote user's already installed (Morning Pigeon) app will detect and set the Alarm according to time.

How to send and receive Pigeon?

1) Turn on the Pigeon feature,by sliding to left from the main page (Alarm Module) and press the on switch.

2) Check on the write message check box and give the details. [NOTE: All fields are mandatory.]

3) If user wants to receive an alarm automatically, Auto alarm set check box has to be checked. With this feature user can automatically set the alarm withot touching phone.

4) Next, by clicking the 'SEND PIGEON' button, the user will redirect to default sms messenger app and user has to send a sms without editing an SMS.

5)Once, sms send remote user will get the PIGEON ARRIAVAL notification, if user hasn't checked auto alarm set checkbox in procedure no 3.

6) By clicking retrieve alarm button from the notification, user has to set the alarm manually.

How does this application is helpful to my mom?

I always reply on my mom to wake me up in the morning during exam period, even though I have enough alarm apps.

She has to stay awake, to wake me up. Now she uses this app, and Morning Pigeon will take care to wake me up. :)

Permissions

READ SMS :- for reading the incoming sms for setting remote alarm.

WRITE SMS:- for writing sms for Alarm Details format.

VIBRATION :- for allowing device to vibrate while ringing the alarm.

MODIFY SYSTEM SETTINGS - for changing to the alarm stream volume.

RUN AT STARTUP - to schedule alarms when device is started up
