MyCognition HOME is an NHS and ORCHA accredited cognitive fitness programme that has a proven and direct impact on your mental resilience, self-management, learning outcomes and performance because it strengthens brain function and overall wellbeing. It can be used by you or for someone you care for, regardless of age.

In just 15 minutes per day, MyCognition HOME provides the evaluation, insight and training required to help you perform at your best, both mentally and physically.

MyCognition HOME improves your cognition by monitoring and strengthening your brain fitness using the clinically validated MyCQ assessment and AquaSnap training game. It’s like having a personal trainer for your brain in your pocket.

MyCQ monitors your brain fitness producing detailed reports. It assesses the key five cognitive domains; Executive Function, Attention, Episodic Memory, Processing Speed and Working Memory. These control the way you think and behave through your ability to plan, solve problems, recall, concentrate, and act with speed and accuracy.

MyCQ then personalises the training app, AquaSnap, to ensure training is focused more intensely where most needed. As part of your cognitive fitness journey, the Healthy Habit programme is added to improve your lifestyle around Sleep, Hydration, Nutrition, Exercise and Social Relationships.
