MyDocNow is a telemedicine company offering services in the Philippines.

Services are combined in a single user experience with a mobile app called MyDocNow/Life Line, not available in any medical device in the world. With a simple easy to use interface, a user can talk to a doctor, arrange home visits by doctors or nurses, order prescriptions, get home diagnostic services and if necessary arrange emergency quick response. All these virtual services can be set up in minutes with one button call.

Lifeline is partnering with Philippine based company MyDocNow and US-based company Avizia, a pioneer in the delivery of a telehealth platform that works with large health systems and insurance providers to connect patients to healthcare specialists anywhere in the world.

Lifeline works through a call center, which is a 24/7 facility fully staffed by highly skilled nurses who are trained to perform basic triage, use the functions of virtual services to manage the doctor/patient connection.
