In case you've missed the buzz: Tabata is a variation of high intensity interval training (HIIT). The rules specific to tabata; 20 seconds of intense, nearly max, workout and ten seconds of rest, repeated at least eight times. Tabata has gotten a lot of positive feedback for being a very efficient type of workout.

Our app brings you:

- instructional videos for exercises that are fit for the style of tabata

- well rounded programmes suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike

- a timer with loud and clear sound

The instructional videos are performed by our expert trainers, Jonathan and Hanna. If you can't keep their pace, definitely if you're new, that's a 100% OK. As long as you perform your best you get an effective workout. Over time you will improve.
