Following are the OBJECTIVES of Naalaya Tamilagam Party

Democracy is enshrined in the Constitution of India. Democracy is basic to a free and fair society and for its inclusive development. However, most of the established ruling political parties have become family fiefdoms. Leadership positions in these parties have become family heirlooms and are controlled by a coterie. Democracy is thus lost. This has directly led to corruption and poor governance. This situation has become a burden on our Democracy and has impeded the holistic growth of our country.

1. Naalaya Tamilagam, the Party, will have absolute inner party democracy. The Party structure, framework and bylaws codified in its Constitution shall ensure that inner party democracy is maintained and that the democracy of our nation is upheld

2. The Party will work to provide complete transparency in government planning, expenditure and in budgetary allocations. The Party shall always work to bring and enforce transparency in government spending

3. The Party will work to abolish the use of political power for self-gain

4. The Party will work to remove the web of political goons, thugs, and rowdies from all levels of politics and governance

5. The Party will work for inclusive development and for the advancement of the poor, deprived and underprivileged sections of the people

6. The Party will work to advance a progressive society in both thoughts and actions, where the barriers of religion, gender, and caste are brought down

7. The Party will focus on economic development, scientific advancement, job creation, advanced infrastructure, quality education, health care, and increased standard of living for all

8. The Party will contest in General Elections to the State Legislative Assembly, the Parliament, and Urban Local Bodies to form Government at the State Level and provide governance in accordance with the Objectives of the Party

9. The Party will have its absolute allegiance to the Constitution of India. The Party will at all times uphold sovereignty, integrity, and unity of India
