Neishares is a sharing platform for everyone to post their unused items for lease and people to search items within their close proximity and able to save money by just renting items instead of buying it. Our target audiences will be people age of 18 and above that want to maximize the value of their idle items and make money thru renting the items out and people who want to save money. The app's main purpose is to provide a platform for people to list items and search items within their cities and maximizing products use and bringing people together to make money and save money using sharing economy concept. The features our app include to achieve the purpose are as following:

1. Search by city and calendar and using map to find the items.

2. Users are able to take pictures and post items both thru app and website.

3. Users are able to search items by city or items locations and able to see the pricing and availability and by popularity or if it's newly listed.

3. Our platform provides safe and convenient environment for sending and receiving payment using PayPal and/ or credit card payment.

4. Users are able to send message thru our platform and communicate with each other.
