Netop Guest enables organizations to provide remote support from mobile devices.

The Netop Remote Control Android Guest allows users to remotely access and control a wide variety of devices and operating systems through a connection to the Netop Remote Control Host application.

Features include:

• View the screen of the remote device and control inputs like touchscreen, keyboard, mouse or physical device buttons

• Send special keys (e.g., Windows key) and key combinations (e.g., Ctrl-Alt-Del) to the remote device

• Use two-way text chat to communicate with end users during remote support sessions

• Connect to multiple end devices (Hosts) simultaneously

• Frequently accessed remote devices listed for quick connections

• Store lists of devices along with their connection properties for easy and efficient support sessions (Phonebook)

• Cross platform device connectivity (e.g., Android based smartphone to Windows desktop)

• Device connections over the Internet or via LAN

• Network connectivity via fixed line, WiFi or mobile operator (e.g., 3G, 4G, LTE)

• Local and centralized authentication - Windows-integration and Directory Services

• Secure traffic with up to 256-bit AES encryption

• Maintain an audit trail of remote support activity – centrally

To establish a connection with a remote device, it must have a Netop Remote Control Host installed and running. The Netop Remote Control Host application is available for Android, Windows (including Windows Mobile), Linux and Mac.
