Network Status Checker

The main goal is to detect the mobile is out of coverage to restart the mobile

Network Signal Checker:

This application is to check the Network availability (the network coverage), if the Radio signal (coverage) is OK, and the Phone is (In Service) status, then there is no notification, but if the Phone is (Out Of Service) state then a notification will appear at the notification bar to inform the user that the Phone needs to be restarted.

There are two options in this application, either to Enable the Signal Monitoring or just Disable it.

Enable Signal Check: To enable monitoring the changes in the network state, whether In service or not, and a notification will indicate that the Phone is out of service, and cleared if the phone is back to service mode.

Disable Signal Check: to disable monitoring the Phone Network state.
