This is a basic app to test notifications with custom icons. the goal is to get the app to work, then get it to the Google Play store as proof of ability. the next phase will be to build an app that is useful once this test is proven workable.
no one should download this for uses, purely just a test of idea-code-build-deploy concept.
However, if you do download, enjoy the totally cool demo of my first non-HelloWorld app!!!
