Ourloop Carer

OurLoop is a mHealth solution that seeks to connect people living with mental health issues with their clinicians and carers via a system which synchronizes data reported through a Smartphone app for individuals with clinicians who accesses the data through a web portal.

Carers can join the loop through their own smartphone app, where they get an aggregated view of how the individual is doing, and are able to report their view on how they perceive the individual is doing.

All access to data is based on associations, which can be created and deleted on the users’s request, and ownership lies with the individuals, allowing them to choose whom to share their data with.

OurLoop is registered as a medical device with the TGA, and complies with the Australian data protection standards
