The goal of Ox is to bring powerful breathing techniques to everyone

Box breathing is a technique to calm the mind and improve focus.

The technique is simple. Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, then exhale for 4 seconds. Try to maintain this breathing cycle for 5-10 minutes.

Breathing and controlling your breath is one of the most effective and easiest ways to improve mental and physical health. The goal of Ox is to bring powerful breathing techniques to as many people as possible. We will be adding more and more techniques in the future.
