An option has been added to allow sending messages to dispatchers through Pathlight. Your institution must support messaging before the option will be shown. You can report incidents, provide additional information after sending a request for help, and more. These messages can include a text description and an image from your mobile device. You may also hide your name if you wish to remain anonymous to the dispatcher.
