Pepper&Carrot E-Reader

It's the first stable(I think?) release of E-Reader!

Changes since the last beta:
* This app is now in the official repo!
* The app now allows you to select and switch between various translations, including constructed and regional languages.
* It also has a nice placeholder image that you can see while downloading bigger images.
* You can also switch between episodes directly in the comic viewer by long-pressing the arrow button at the bottom.
