Ask for the daily feature rotating Yam Tangerine, Beef Barely and French Onion served with fresh baked bread. Fully licensed, PHAT also serves breakfast all-day (Smoked meat Benny anyone?) salads, bagels, and the ultimate chocolate croissant all baked on-site.
