The PhillyWatchDog app was created by the Philadelphia City Controller's Office in conjunction with its many efforts to uncover fraud,waste and abuse in Philadelphia. All reports submitted will be reviewed by the City Controller's Office and users may be contacted at the information provided, unless reported anonymously.
