”Every human being is the author of his own health and disease”. This is the only thought which gave birth to pH Shoppe under the initiation of our able founder Ms. Preeti Revale. An extremely passionate, diligent and zealous person by nature, Ms .Revale holds a Master’s degree in FOODS AND NUTRITION from the prestigious Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and has an extensive experience in the field of diet counseling and planning customized diets. With an experience of more than a decade she realized that the major issues which people face while modifying their diet pattern is a wrong approach and perspective about Healthy food and a wrong notion about its palatability. Her approach towards dietary / lifestyle modification and understanding weight loss as a positive effect of HEALTHY EATING is unique. She also conducts many workshops and programs such as “Spiritual Eating” and “Kitchen Makeover” which focuses on educating people about healthy eating habits , life style modification and healthy recipes. She believes that any dietary or lifestyle modification made should be sustainable and consistent. She is constantly in a try to reach to people to convey the same through her unique health store pH Shoppe.
