This is an app for the punching bag training. It detects, measures and reacts the strikes you throw at the bag.

Secure your phone on the bag with a Training Belt and start tracking your punches!

This is just some of the stuff that it can do for you:

Several training modes available:

FREESTYLE: Train your own routine while it records the power and intensity of your workout in real time! Read the statistics of the rounds and the training and compare your performance over different sessions!

WORKOUTS:

Challenge your cardio and fitness level with our pre-programmed intensity profiles. Keep an eye on the screen and adjust the intensity of your punches to match the target workout intensity. Accuracy is the key, the more you are on target, the higher the score!

COMBINATIONS:

Practice advanced striking techniques and learn from a wide set of intervals with our exclusive combo system. Keep a close look at the screen at all time and learn to chain your strikes to form complex intervals. Eye-hand coordination, speed, and agility is the key here. Do not let the bag spin away!

INTERVALS:

Select one of our programs and train like pro athletes with high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The best workout to improve speed, resistance, and explosivity.
