Various bug fixes and improvements including:

Fixed an issue where using the Android "back" button on Keyence devices would prevent scanning from working as intended

Fixed an issue in the Manage Truck applet where the status filter allowed more than one choice, but multi-select is not supported

In the Manage Move applet, Master Unit containers now display the part revision next to the part's name.

Fixed an issue where the app would crash if the user tried to print to an invalid printer.
