We provide fully personalized training plans for anyone for free, however, if you'd like even more automation and real-time coaching during your training sessions, upgrade to PocketCoach Premium. For €4,99/month or €49,99 you get real-time coaching with audio voiceover during your training sessions and post-ride analysis of your GPS, Heart-Rate and Power data. Just go ride your bike, we'll analyze how your ride went and update your training plan accordingly.
