La version Android de POCl (OpenCL) bibliothèque

Pocl (POrtable Computing Language) is an opensource implementation of OpenCL 1.2 spec

This installer will install pocl libraries at a pre-defined location

This is a beta release and only Android 4.2+ is supported for now
