The apps is just a crude copy/ paste image library. Not only are they low pixel count images. This isn't an official app so you would be a fool to pay any money to this developer. Also, the permissions seem unnecessary. Full access to anything I type past/present/future? Please. Just look up the images you like, put them in an image library folder in Photos and send them from there. don't waste your time OR money.
