Make it your New Year's resolution to tone your arms and keep fit. It's simple - just with your phone!

1.Phone must be held in hand when performing the activity as shown.

2. Choose the difficulty level.

3. With the -> and <- arrows, choose the class of exercise.

4. Click the Alt button to choose the type of move.

5.Click Start and get into the "ready" position shown and wait for the command.

6. Performing the selected move will increase the blue bar.

7. At the same time, the red bar will increase with time. The aim is for the blue bar to rise faster than the red bar.
