To whom presented an online request, this system allows to book an appointment for the front desk “Sportello Unico Immigrazione” choosing a preferred date and time.

In order to prepare the documentation, check the “Prefettura di Roma” website, go to the section “Sportello Unico Immigrazione” and to the page ‘informazioni generali’.

In case of Family Reunification, it is recommended to operate the booking only after the reception of the document related to the accommodation “attestazione di idoneità alloggiativa” and at least two months after the online request in order to allow the Questura to release a view of competence before the appointment.

Please note that “Sportello Unico Immigrazione” will set the dossier as workable only after a positive view of competence from the Questura.

In case of Emersion contracts, the booking can be operated from the employer or the employee, both have to be present at the appointment to be considered a valid procedure.

For the First entry procedure, the booking can operated only from the foreign citizens that got a visa and entered in Italy.

If the procedure is for the persons belonging to the same family and only one Family Reunification application was processed, it is enough just one booking with the serial number (RM….) or the registration code (P-RM.…) and just the date of birth of the requester.

For the Emersion contracts dossiers, in case of decree of dismissal from the Questura or the Direzione Territoriale del Lavoro, the worker who can obtain the permission for waiting job, cannot self convene a meeting but can consult the system to verify if the “Sportello Unico Immigrazione” fixed an appointment.
