Version 12.3.1 Release Notes:

Major changes have been made to Live Calls to improvement reliability and remove major constraints.

- Fixed issue where users were unable to answer or decline calls
- Small UI fixes
- Live Calls no longer needs to continuously run in the background with an ongoing notification
- App will silently notify the user when its registering for Live Call
- Will notify the user if required when successfully registered
