Fixed a few bugs that caused the game to crash.

Trade values have been adjusted. Draft picks are now worth a little more and backups on other teams will be worth a little less.

You will no longer be able to trade players who have a career injury.

Teams will be less aggressive in free agency. This will lower the number of teams who were over the cap.
