In 2011, Winslow Clinic (operating under the entity of Promises Healthcare Pte Ltd) opened its doors at Novena Medical Centre located strategically in Novena – one of the busiest medical hubs in Singapore.

At Winslow Clinic, Promises provides a comprehensive range of clinical psychiatric and psychological services that work holistically without compromising on the personal touch you need.

We are also an established provider for corporate and social programmes and training pertaining to addictions, mental health, and skills education in the Asia Pacific region.

Promises was founded in 2011 by Dr Munidasa Winslow who is renowned internationally as an expert in the addictions field.

Together with a team of diverse, multi-disciplinary and experienced psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists, Promises is one of the preferred service providers in Singapore for mental health and addiction treatment and recovery.
