He was Born in 15th January, 1979 at Njombe town, the headquarter for Njombe Region ( Formaly Njombe District), he has high school education background, first born among the four children of Kilawah’s family, a born again Christian since at the age of Primary education (Standard three) when he was in Pentecostal Church of Tanzania
