This is a simple application designed to protect against automated attempts to launch USSD requests, or the much publicised Samsung Factory Reset issue.

This applications registers itself as a Dialer within Android, and if selected as the default will block any requests containing a '*' character in order to stop malicious codes from reaching the system dialer.

This app is free and doesn't display ads. Instead, to support it we'd very much appreciate it if you would allow us to test SMS connectivity to your device by ticking the 'Enable Testing' box within the application.
