PT360 is a personal, online and app based training service designed for clients to take their bespoke training and nutrition programmes with them any where in the world, without folders, manuals, booklets or loose pieces of paper. Each client can monitor progress and achievements via numerical data, such as, weights/reps/sets, weight loss or individual measurements, as well as using photos to monitor progress along the way. You can also keep track of your nutrition via the food log, breaking down your intake into calories/protein/fat/carbohydrates.
